Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Our Satisfaction Promise

We take great pride in the quality of our “Liquid Gold.” If you receive a product that does not meet our high standards, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Hygiene & Safety Conditions

Due to the nature of consumable organic products:

  • Sealed Integrity: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and in their original packaging with the security seal intact.
  • Opened Products: Once a bottle of honey or oil has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless there is a verified quality defect.

3.3 Damaged or Leaking Items

Glass bottles and jars are fragile. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Report: Contact support@ambernectar.store within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Evidence: Provide a clear photo of the leaking jar or broken glass alongside the shipping label.
  3. Resolution: We will send a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund for the damaged item.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
